Participants and visitors find a Park of Dreams around the Theatre (Theater an der Wilhlemshöhe).
On the festival ground with a large open-air Stage of Dreams there will be manifold programme activities, animation and open stage. Thus the idyllically situated festival area will become a place of meetings, entertainment and exchange independent of the performances in the theatre.
Apart from a fixed programme as well as for own representations there are possiblilties to join in during the whole day free of charge between noon and 10 pm (on weekend already from 10 am).
We build our own Park
Having as a motto “Make your Dream” pupils, students and artists can create as the festival approaches a place for sense and activities.
But the finishing touch will be put to the Park of Dreams by the creative activities of participants and visitors of the festival. All are invited to join in designing the festival ground.
Any visitor gets the possibility to make visible and audible in the park his personal dreams and social visions and experiences at the same time the variety of different cultures and forms of expression.
Eventful days presented by the Participating Countries
Moreover you may meet every day several of the different competing countries.
In a large pavilion the participating groups present their country in detail and there are special actions and offers to play on the total festival ground.
Additionally all participating groups can influence the programme of the Park of Dreams by presenting a game typical for their country which will stay in the park.
Exiting Evening Programme
Even after the plays ending at 8 pm this is not the end of the day. As a daily highlight there will be special events like concerts, performances, disco or fireworks.
