Ruby and Garnet are sisters who have to get over their mother’s death.
Although being twins they are unique and manage their grief completely different. Garnet writes a diary while Ruby cannot speak about her loss and is also not prepared to listen to others. She tries to overcome her sorrow with laughing and fooling around.
