“De acá para allá” (“From here to there”) is the story of seven friends who want to found a band in order to make music, to sing and to dance. They know that they should meet, practise a lot and be simply creative.
In the rest of the world there are constant changes passing by. The children find a magic globe enabling them to use teleportation, travelling, overwinding distances. The globe fulfils the dreams to go wherever you want to, that is magic.
Like a hurrican the group is taken away by the globe. They make impressive experiences which finally influence their repertoire.
During the magic trips sometimes the children vanish or separate by chance or due to their own mistakes. But on the other hand there is a time of peace when the group meets and works together to become really a band. The children learn that they have all possibilities they need in order to do something magic and to realize their dreams.
The idea was originally to develop a play for children performed also by them. Therefore children were chosen who already have had experience in playing theatre, music and circus.
The children’s dreams and fantasies either possible or impossible were searched. After several improvisations the script was born mentioning the most important ideas and ending in a play written by the directors. “De acá para allá” was created by an intensive team work.
